Students & the New School Year
Please join us in prayer for a prosperous, safe, and successful new school year for students at every level—from elementary school through college and university.
- Pray that our students will be blessed with wisdom, understanding, discipline, protection, and perseverance. May they grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually, and be surrounded by positive influences, caring educators, and supportive communities.
- Celebrate and pray for Mekia, who has graduated with her associate degree. We thank God for this accomplishment and pray that she will be encouraged, strengthened, and guided as she considers continuing her education toward a bachelor’s degree. May God direct her steps and provide every resource she needs.
- Pray for Romeo, who is beginning his freshman year at TSU. May he adjust well, make wise decisions, form meaningful relationships, remain focused on his goals, and embrace this new season of growth and independence.
- Pray also for Romeo's parents, Deacon Patrick Roberts and Sis. Nikisha Roberts, as they release him into adulthood. May God replace worry with peace, give them confidence in the foundation they have provided, and help them trust the Lord as Romeo begins this new chapter.
May God cover all our students, order their steps, open doors of opportunity, and make this school year one of growth, purpose, achievement, and favor.
