  • Gifts for the Gambia

    September 10 - October 1

     

    In preparation for the Gambia mission trip in October, donations of medical and school supplies are requested.

    Collection bins will be available in the Welcome Center from September 10 - October 1.

     

    Requested supplies include mini bottles of hand sanitizer, triple antibiotic ointment, Benadryl, hydrocortisone cream, Claritin, Zyrtec, Ibuprofen, bandages, gauze, reading glasses (0.5 - 2.0 strength), pencils, coloring books, markers, children's Bible stories, VBS -related items (goldfish crackers, Swedish Fish candy, fish-related toys), as well as small toys for boys & girls.

     

    Monetary donations can also be made by specifying Gambia Missions on the tithe envelope or through online giving.

    5th Sunday Concert: Make a Joyful Noise

    July 30 at 5:30 pm

    Invite your family and friends to join us for this evening of praise and fellowship. This free concert will feature Central’s very own music and worship ministries as well as a few special guests, including gospel recording artist Robert Hawkins, musical ensemble The Standard, and the GMWA Tampa Bay Choir. You don’t want to miss it.

  • 10 Days of Prayer

    September 15 - 25

     

    Churches worldwide and in the Tampa Bay area will host gatherings to focus on praying for spiritual awakening and revival. The vision is to form a global upper room for intercessory prayer so that entire cities and regions can be transformed for God’s kingdom. Central will participate on Sunday, September 17 during the 9 am worship service. Come ready to praise God and petition our Lord in prayer.

  • Let's Talk Etiquette

    September 17

    2-4 PM

    Women & young ladies in 7th grade and up, you are invited to enjoy afternoon tea and fellowship at Whistle Stop Gardens. Cost is $35 per person & seating is limited to 25. Dressy casual attire (no shorts or jeans) is requested. Register by September 4 to reserve your spot.

    Middle & high school students and parents, come enjoy games, food, and fellowship with X-cite Student Ministry leaders at the Elstons' home.

    Open House

    August 6

    11 am - 12 PM

    Meet student ministry leaders at the X-cite Open House in the student wing of the Educational Building. Upcoming calendar events, ministry vision, and ways you can collaborate with the ministry will be shared.

    Food, Fun, & Focus Night

    August 18

    6:30 - 8:30 PM

    Guys, 18 & over, don’t miss the next men’s fellowship. Invite a friend or two, bring some food to share, and meet us in the Fellowship Hall at 6:30 pm for some fun, competitive activities. Chris Davis, founder of Platinum Standard Husbands and co-founder of the Stay Married Movement, returns as the presenter for the evening. RSVP to let us know you’ll be there.

  • Children's Worship Ministries

    Wednesdays at 6:00 pm

    Kids in Pre-K through 6th grade, join us on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall for Children's Worship Ministries. You’ll have a great time while learning how to worship Jesus through songs, dance, and other activities. Dinner will be served.

  • Celebrate Recovery

    Thursdays at 6:30 pm

     

    Jesus is the foundation of Celebrate Recovery. Healing comes through having a relationship with Him. As we walk closer with Jesus, we find other people who walk alongside us to encourage us and keep us focused on our goal of freedom. Join us for group sessions on Thursdays at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall.

  • FOOD DISTRIBUTION

    WEDNESDAYS 12 PM - 2 PM

    SATURDAYS at 9 AM

     

    Do you or someone you know need a little extra help with putting food on the table? Central is providing food to those in need. Registration is required and can be completed onsite. Food distribution is subject to availability.
